FLY-OUT OUTPOST DINNER

Flyout Premium Outpost Dinner

An Exclusive Experience by Destination Alaska

Duration - 3 hours

Price - $495 (Includes Taxes + Fuel Surcharge)

Crafted to provide an unparalleled Alaskan adventure, our Flyout Premium Outpost Dinner seamlessly blends air and sea exploration. Embark on a journey over the picturesque Kenai Mountain range aboard an authentic bush plane, land in a secluded cove, board a spacious vessel, relish a gourmet meal, and cap it off with a breathtaking flight back to Homer.

Commence your experience at our float plane docks in Homer, where a 35-minute scenic flight awaits. Soar over blue ice glaciers, cascading waterfalls, and snow-capped mountains, often spotting mountain goats, black bears, moose, and more. Your skilled pilot will land at the edge of Port Chatham Bay, where the M/V Peregrine, hailed as "Alaska’s Adventure Headquarters," eagerly awaits. Greeted by our experienced crew, settle in at a cloth-covered banquet table on the expansive front deck for an extraordinary dining experience.

Indulge in a royal feast over the next hour, starting with a light appetizer – a fresh chopped salad featuring iceberg lettuce, cherry tomatoes, blue cheese crumbles, crispy bacon bits, and dressing. The main course takes center stage with crispy baked stuffed salmon in an Asian marinade and a perfectly grilled New York steak. Accompanied by garlic mashed potatoes and seasonal sautéed grilled vegetables sprinkled with sea salt. Cap off the meal with a warm fudge brownie served with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Conclude your dining experience with a hot cup of coffee or tea, all while scanning the bay for wildlife with binoculars.

As the meal concludes, relax as our floatplane returns to whisk you back to Homer, completing this extraordinary journey through Alaska's captivating landscapes.
